Someone Needs YOU!!

A nurse took the tired, anxious serviceman to the bedside. 'Your son is here,' she said to the old man.She had to repeat the words several times before the patient's eyes opened,

Heavily sedated because of the pain of his heart attack,he dimly saw the young Uniformed Marine standing outside the oxygen tent. He reached out his hand. The Marine wrapped his toughened fingers around the old man's limp ones, squeezing a message of love and encouragement.

The nurse brought a chair so that the Marine could sit beside the bed. All through the night the young Marine sat there in the poorly lighted ward, holding the old man's hand and offering him words of love and strength. Occasionally, the nurse suggested that the Marine move away and rest awhile.

He refused. Whenever the nurse came into the ward, the Marine was oblivious of her and of the night noises of the hospital - the clanking of the oxygen tank, the laughter of the night staff members exchanging greetings, the cries and moans of the other patients.

Now and then she heard him say a few gentle words. The dying man said nothing, only held tightly to his son all through the night. Along towards dawn, the old man died. The Marine released the now lifeless hand he had been holding and went to tell the nurse. While she did what she had to do, he waited.

Finally, she returned. She started to offer words of sympathy, but the Marine interrupted her.

'Who was that man?' he asked.

The nurse was startled, 'He was your father,' she answered.

'No, he wasn't,' the Marine replied. 'I never saw him before in my life..

' 'Then why didn't you say something when I took you to him?

'I knew right away there had been a mistake, but I also knew he needed his son, and his son just wasn't here. When I realized that he was too sick to tell whether or not I was his son, knowing how much he needed me, I stayed.'

The next time someone needs you ... just be there. Stay.

BMF Cheltanham- 22nd November Breakfast

We had a wonderful Breakfast meeting at the Gardeners Arm, Twekesbury. Over 20 people had come for this Breakfast, I had travelled with Stanley and we had reached at around 8.15 in the morning, well in advance for the 8.30 meeting.

In Gods providence this gave us an opportunity to chat with the waitress of the restaurant. We all enjoyed a lovely English Breakfast and afterwards I had shared my testimony to those who assembled.

One lady and another Gentleman accepted the Lord as their saviour! While I was calling for the commitment of their lives to Jesus, the waitress, whom we spoke earlier, she also said the prayer!  So all together there were 3 people gave their life to Jesus! Praise God!

God is amazing! When we were driving back, the thought came is that as Jesus said " The harvest is plentiful, the labourers are few"

I want you to think what the Lord is asking you to do today???

Praise Report of Latvian Trip

Hello All,

First of all I would like to thank each and everyone of you who has been praying for me sincerely during this trip.

During this five day trip I had the privilege to lead 15 people in total committed their life's to follow Jesus as their Lord and saviour!

On Sunday I had preached in the largest church in Riga, Latvia. Many people were touched by the Lord and we have seen many people over 50 of them got healed only in the main building. Unfortunately we did not have time to take testimony. In the coming weeks when I hear testimony I will publish them for you.

Sunday 16th November 2008, evening we had the banquet for Businessmen Fellowship Riga chapter. Over 70 people came so it was very crowded. In fact some of us have to eat early to provide place for others! after we finished at 7.30 pm I had stared ministering to people, God spoke very clearly through me about the people and their problems. People were crying as the Lord spoke and set free from their afflictions! Everyone who came for the meeting were touched by the Spirit of God. I was praying for people who were standing in line to be prayed over. It took nearly 4 hours to finish ministering! I have seen such a hunger and people waiting for such a long time to be ministered in my life time!!

On Monday 17th Nov, we had the Businessmen Fellowship one day conference for Businessmen on how to do business according to Bible. over 60 people were present from 9.30 am. the seminar ended at 6 pm. Again God ministered to people with power, prophecy, healing and setting people free was very evident. Many people who were hurt has been released of their problems. Here again Business community waited until 4 hours for their turn to be ministered!! Amazing!!!

On Wednesday 19th we had the dinner at Julgava, about 50 kilometers from Riga, amazing things God did here. Businessmen who has got healed on Monday again drove back to this meeting for four hours to be with us.

So when I look back what an amazing thing god did through me!! I am humbled by the way our Lord is leading us into glory realms!

I take this opportunity to thank everyone of you for making this trip possible. I would like to make special thanks to Gints, Aivars, Hino, Patrick, Sulev and others in Latvia and also back home John Gooddall and his family and Stanley family. Ever thankful for my praying partners all around the world!!

Praise God for this Testimony!!

During my trip to Latvia, I had the privilege of having Mr. Ivan as my interpreter. He is a wonderful brother in Christ and doing this as his job for the last 17 years. He has done this ministry with many many prominent speakers. I have received this message from him which I will publish for you!

Dear Abraham,

It was both honour and fun to meet you and assist with interpretation. Thank you for your prayer and inspired words of knowledge and wisdom. You are the first person of this kind that I ever met throughout my Christian life. This is inspiring because the wisdom gifts are what God emphasises and uses in my life to lead and use me. Thus, your testimony and ministry provided a very inspiring example, marking the direction.

Healed of Kidney failure!!

Hereby we furnish the Testimony of Jesus for you!!!!

I was not keeping well for the last one week because of the continuation of my kidney disease. My Stomach was swollen and my legs and I was having a high fever. I could not move out of my bed for the last one week.

On Sunday 16th November 2008 my sister went for the morning service at New Generation church, Riga. She saw one o the man of God was preaching and she felt that the anointing is very high and I will get healed. She stepped away from the service for a minute to call me to watch the service if I cant make it to the church. So with the help of my father we tune into the web for the service.

By the time we got into the internet the message was almost halfway! Also I could not get the video only audio was streaming. I was listening to the message. During the end of prayer I heard the prayer from the preacher. That time the power of God came upon me when he called on the diseases to be healed. I was instantly healed! thank you Jesus for healing me.

After that I have heard his name is Abraham David John who had come from London. I have also heard that he is speaking at Julgava on the 19th November we travelled with our family to be prayed with him. During his testimony he invited people to commit their lives to Christ. My mother gave her heart to the Lord. Praise you Jesus!! The speaker Abraham called me and prayed over me and the power of God came and healed me!

I thank God and thank Abraham for faithful in His service!! Amen!!!

In response to the challenge to be an encourager all the time I resolved to apply on myself and then personally write to all my friends – who are a source of encouragement.

The consequence is:

1. First let me apologize and say sorry to you have I wronged or hurt you in anyway; forgive me if I had been arrogant. On my part I’ve forgiven all and don’t hold any grudge against anyone.

2. Whenever I encounter a crisis or problem in business or ministry I pray to solve / overcome it. Knowing you too would be facing a similar problem I’ve praying the LORD give you strength, wisdom & understanding to overcome it. And I continue to pray and bless you and all of yours.

3. I also acknowledge and appreciate all that you did to me ever since we came to know each other. On several occasions your support & cooperation helped me in many ways and Im greatly thankful to you for that you did.

I pray that you prosper in every way as your soul prospers. Continue to be an encourager to be a source of blessing to all.
